I really want to lose weight fast
So you’re probably wondering what I’m doing suddenly thinking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: the other day I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb a flight of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating, coughing, my skin was hot, and I felt terrible. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cold water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I need to lose weight. Fast.
Actually, I actually feel like I’m becoming my dad. He was an enormously obese man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic outlook on life. But man, he was large. And nowadays I’m growing huge as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my dad, but I really would like to avoid reaching 350 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no turning back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she wants to lose some weight also, which I think will make it a lot easier to stick to whichever diet plan we decide on. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of different opinions on weight loss out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how good the diet goes for us. I understand weight loss will not be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can see, so I’ll be working hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
